Before you e-mail me any questions, please read the Frequently Asked Questions to make sure it's not already covered. If you e-mail me a question that can be answered by the FAQ, I will not bother to reply.
If you think you come across an image not appearing, a broken link or download, please try the following first:
Refresh the page by pressing the F5 key. If your connection isn't too fast, some images may be 'skipped over' and just shown as red x-es.
Make sure you have all the latest software installed correctly. In the case of comics and images, get the latest version of your browser type. In the case of Flash comics, get the latest version of Flash Player. And for the Flash comic downloads, any program that can open ZIP files, such as Winzip or WinRAR.
